The January board of directors meeting will be on January 18th, 2017 at 6PM. The meeting will take place at Northern Virginia Management. All are welcome and encouraged to attend.
American Disposal will be picking up their equipment (trash and recycling containers) on their last service day, which is Thursday, April 27, 2017. Please be sure that you leave all your American Disposal containers out that day for pick-up.
The new trash contractor, Patriot Disposal, will be delivering new equipment to each home on Friday, April 28, 2017. Please watch for your new containers, and put them inside your garage as soon as possible.
The May board of directors meeting will be on May 1st, 2017 around 6:30PM. The meeting will take place at NVM. All are welcome and encouraged to attend. This is the big one! Annual Aspen Hill Homeowners' meeting 7PM at NVM. The board will have it's Annual Homeowners' meeting. All residents are welcome to attend. If you are unable to attend, please send in your proxy so we don't have to hold this meeting twice. Thank you!
